The Design Process
We are please to introduce our graphic design services, which will give your dating site the individual look and feel that you require.
Our custom designs will give your site the impact that it needs to draw customers. You can see some samples of our designs on our dating site portfolio page.
What we do
We undertake graphic design changes only (the way the site looks). The software vendor, Interactive Arts will be happy to quote for software changes (the way the site works).

Things you need to consider
Before you start, it is good to consider what "look and feel" you would like for your site. This may include colours. It's good to consider your intended target market when doing this. Please feel free to give us examples of other sites you may like. These do not necessarily have to be dating sites.
If you wish to change or add any text to the home page, please consider what you want to say in relation to your target audience. A few well chosen words are far better than a lot of text which says little. We ask that you send us this text in final proof read form, to save time and ensure your site is completed quickly.
In order to speed up installing your templates, we also need your FTP details (Username, Password and Host Address). These can be obtained from your web host (they should be included in your welcome email from your host) or from Interactive Arts. We will also require the web site log-in details for the manager account.
Images for your site
A picture paints a thousand words, and a well chosen image (or images) on your home page can instantly tell your audience what your site is about. You may supply your own images or you can search www.istockphoto.com and choose any image from there.
Try searching on terms such as "couples, love, romance, dating or date". We will obtain photos from these archives for your site at a cost of US$ 10 each. Please supply us with the image number of the images you like... happy searching!

We require the full payment amount in advance, via PayPal.. We regret that we cannot refund any payments after work has commenced. Click here to make a payment
The Design Process
After receiving payment, we will present you with a sample design within 5 working days. You may either accept this, or request changes. We regret that we can only allow 3 requests for changes within 7 days of presenting the initial design, however you may specify more than one change per request.
Once the design is accepted, we will go ahead and install the templates, You may then have a good look through the site and request any changes. Once again, we regret that we can only allow 3 requests for changes within 7 days of completing the templates, however you may again specify more than one change per request.
After this period, changes will be charged at our usual rate.
What You Get For Your Money
The template design cost covers the entire home page design, as well as the "Template area" of the internal pages of the web site (This is usually the header, footer and perhaps a side bar depending on the design).
Changes to the design of the "program area" are not included, however we are happy to quote for such changes. If you are unsure of what is "Content Area" and what is "Template Area" please contact the software vendor for clarification.
The template design cost can include text changes on the homepage, and template areas (navigation links etc.). For changes to text in other areas of the site please contact the software vendor.
Changing the Way the Site Works
Many options are available to change the sites functionality from your admin panel. We regret that we cannot undertake any functionality changes to the software such as addition or alteration of features. Please discuss changes in functionality with the software vendor. If your unsure of how a site feature works, it is also quickest to direct your questions to the software vendor.
