Ease of Use

S//CMS allows you to easily add, modify and delete text and images from pre defined sections of your website without any programming or design knowledge. All you need is basic word processing and internet skills. Training sessions can be arranged, including telephone training, however this is usually not required. If you can use MS Word you can use S//CMS.

Available Modules

Core Content Management
This is the heart of S//CMS, and gives you complete control over the pages on your website. From this module, you can add, edit or delete the content on any page, including adding images and uploading files such as PDF's.

Page Management
This module allows you to add new pages to your site, and to rearrange and reorganise the structure of your site by moving pages from one section of the site to another.

News Management
S//CMS makes publishing news items easy. You can set news items to auto publish on a certain date as well as auto expire when no longer relevant. You can also flag articles to appear in a short list on your homepage or in the sidebar of your website.

Events Management
This module allows you to add, edit and delete events from an events calendar. Information that can be added includes the event title, start time/date, end time/date, venue, host, price, description and more. The module is expandable so if you need specific information for your events, we can easily modify the events module to cover additional information. You can also flag specific events appear on your homepage or the sidebar of your website.

User Roles and Permissions Module
This module allows you to create different levels of users with permissions to edit different parts of the site, or to edit and send to an administrator for review before being made live.
